My name is Mariza and on June 19, 2023 I noticed an area on my scalp that was missing hair. I was in shock and overwhelmed with worry. I was very sad imagining that the bald spot would progress and I would end up with no hair. 

I went to see a dermatologist who diagnosed me with Alopecia Areata and gave me two options to try.

Option 1: Steroid cream

Option 2: Steroid injections on my scalp.

I'm familiar with steroid medications and did not want to go this route (you can google side effects of steroid medications to learn more.)

I left the Dr.'s office determined to find another solution.

I developed an Alopecia Protocol that is affordable and with no side effects. I'll be sharing what worked for me and I hope it works for you too.

I'm currently working on taping some videos where I give a detailed description and instructions for what I did to get rid of the Alopecia and grow new and healthy hair.
